Venezia

E' poesia e rappresentazione di secoli di storia. E' anche orrore di folle che soffocano calli e campi. 

E' colore, ma anche forme valorizzate dal bianco e nero. 

E', ancora, persone autentiche che fanno mestieri utili e creativi o che si arrangiano suonando in piazze affollate per i turisti o in piazze deserte, per se stessi.

E' unica, mare che invade una città, case che si ergono rubando spazio al mare. Commistione di popoli sin dall'antichità.

Venice is poetry and a painting of centuries of history. It is also the horror of crowds suffocating the narrow streets and squares. It is color, yet also forms enhanced by black and white. It is, too, authentic people that do useful and creative trades, or play music in squares packed with tourists or in deserted ones, for themselves alone.

It is unique: a sea encroaching upon a city, houses rising up to steal space from the waters. A mingling of peoples since ancient times.
